Our train back from Machu Picchu was delayed, so we didn't get to the hotel until 10 PM. Upon entering, we were immediately greeted by a cozy warmth. The turndown service was already complete, and there was even a hot water bottle. It was hands down the best night's sleep we've had so far on this trip. The hotel itself is incredibly stylishly decorated. Breakfast is a buffet, but you can also order à la carte. The coffee is excellent too. Highly recommend!

This is my favorite hotel in South America for more than half a month. The service is very attentive, the room details are meticulous, and every employee is well trained. The hotel atmosphere is very similar to Songtsam in China, but the service is even better. And this hotel is very delicious both for breakfast and dinner.
